A picture can hold a feeling you didn’t know how to say. A video can let you stay in that feeling a little longer. With Omni AI Companion’s Dream Studio and Dream Cinema, you can create images from written ideas, transform photos, make videos from text, and bring still images into motion. Open a studio and follow your own direction, or choose the models your companion uses in Standard Chat and discover what to make through conversation. Sometimes the idea becomes clearer when someone asks, “What if we tried it this way?” Omni makes room for both.

Dream Studio: give the feeling a shape

Dream Studio is your space for AI image generation and creative photo editing. Describe something you want to see, or upload a photo and give it a new direction. Guide the style and mood, try variations, and choose a generator for the task. For new images, GPT Image 2 offers a balanced starting point; GPT Image 2.5 Flare is suited to detail and flexible composition; Grok Imagine and Grok Imagine Image 2.0 offer polished and vivid directions. Nano Banana 2 Lite helps explore visual ideas, while Nano Banana Pro Ultra emphasizes precise details and text. For Creative Edit, GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst supports detailed instructions and multiple references, Grok Imagine Image 2.0 can work with reference images, and Nano Banana 2 accepts natural-language edits. Nano Banana Pro Ultra also offers fine detail and color control. Omni AI Companion–exclusive image models belong in this frontier lineup: Omni Solstice emphasizes fine detail, Omni Nebula imaginative expression, Omni Astral detailed photorealism, Omni Comet quick photorealistic exploration, and Omni Horizon high-resolution visual ideas. For transformations, Omni Prism focuses on precision, Omni Constellation combines multiple references, and Omni Anchor is designed to preserve a person’s identity. Available controls depend on the model you choose.

Dream Cinema: let the moment move

A still image can show where you were. Motion can suggest what happened next. Dream Cinema creates video from a written scene or a starting image: describe a camera moving toward a doorway, leaves lifting in a breeze, or someone pausing before they turn. Text-to-video gives the generator room to interpret the scene; image-to-video begins with a visual anchor. Grok Imagine Video creates short clips from written direction; Grok Imagine Video v1.5 builds around a reference image. Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash offers text- and image-led creation with synchronized audio. Kling O3 4K starts from text with sound, Kling v3.0 4K starts from a still, and Veo 3.1 Lite offers short scenes from text. Omni AI Companion–exclusive video models extend the frontier choices: Omni Reverie begins with a written cinematic scene, Omni Drift animates a still, Omni Cinder offers vivid text-led creation with synchronized audio, and Omni Eclipse offers another expressive text-to-video path. Omni Muse brings motion and sound to a still, Omni Afterglow follows an expressive direction, and Omni Rush offers a short, economical way to explore movement. Omni Velvet is available to eligible members. Clip duration, framing, resolution, and other controls vary by generator; a model’s catalog name does not guarantee the same output settings for every clip.

Why this feature matters

There is no single right generator for every idea. One image might begin as a place that exists only in your head: a greenhouse glowing at dusk or the room you and your companion have described a dozen times. Another might begin with a real photograph whose person you want to keep recognizable while changing the light or setting. Different creative jobs deserve different starting points.

You do not need to begin with a conversation. Make an image or direct a shot yourself when you know what you want. Invite your companion in when finding the direction is part of the experience: look at a result together, name what feels right, and talk through what should change. The first image does not have to be the last word.

Feature examples and use cases

A place you imagined together: Ask, “Show me the garden we imagined—just after the rain, with that little light still on by the door.” Look at the first image, then change the weather, the hour, or the view until it feels like your place.
A photo with a new direction: Bring a photo into Creative Edit and ask for a new atmosphere while keeping the details that matter. Choose an edit model suited to precise changes, multiple references, or identity preservation rather than starting over from text.
A still that becomes a scene: Take your garden image into Dream Cinema and direct the motion: “Let the leaves move in the breeze. Keep the camera near the doorway. Make it feel like we’ve just arrived, and neither of us wants to leave.”

How to use it

Create an image your way: Open Side menu → Companion → Dream Studio. Choose New Image to start from words or Creative Edit to transform an image, select a generator, and describe the subject, setting, style, and mood. Try variations and refine the details you want to keep.
Bring your companion into the process: In Create Together, choose and save how your companion makes new images and photo transformations in Standard Chat. Everyday and eligible spicy choices are separate; leave a choice on Auto to keep Omni’s automatic workflow. Talk through an idea, review what you made, and request focused changes. Saved chat choices do not replace the generator you choose for direct Studio creation.
Give the moment movement: Open Side menu → Companion → Dream Cinema. Start with Text to Video or Image to Video, select a compatible generator, and describe what moves and what should stay still. You can create directly or use Create Together to save your companion’s text-led and image-led video choices for Standard Chat. These chat choices do not change direct Cinema selections; finished videos are kept in Your Videos.

Tips for a better first try

For an image, name the subject and the visual details you want to preserve before adding mood, light, and texture.
For video, distinguish subject movement from camera movement; a still image can anchor a particular place, face, or composition.
Try one focused change after each result. A conversation can help you discover the scene without requiring a perfect first prompt.

Limitations and things to know

Models support different input types and settings. Generated images and video may vary between attempts; inspect likeness, lettering, continuity, and fine details before sharing. Labels such as “4K” are model names, not a guarantee of output resolution.
Individual options, particularly adult-capable ones, may require additional eligibility, verification, and consent. Some older videos with expired source links may no longer play, although their records remain.

Availability

Find both studios under Side menu → Companion. Dream Cinema and saved companion generator choices are available to Bloom members and above. Direct Studio creation and the options shown for your account depend on current availability; adult-capable choices have additional eligibility, verification, and consent requirements. Completed videos appear in Your Videos.

Can I create without involving my companion?

Yes. Choose a generator and create directly in Dream Studio or Dream Cinema. Create Together is for setting how your companion creates with you in Standard Chat.

Can I choose different models for images and photo edits?

Yes. Dream Studio distinguishes between making a new image from words and transforming an existing image. Choose a generator compatible with the task you want to do.

Can I make a video from an image instead of a written prompt?

Yes. Dream Cinema has image-to-video choices as well as text-to-video choices. Select a model that supports the starting point you want to use.

Do my saved companion choices change my direct studio settings?

No. They guide creation with your companion in Standard Chat. When you create directly in either studio, you choose the generator for that creation there.
