Dream Logs in Omni AI Companion
Dream Logs gives fleeting dream details a place to land before they blur. It is a writing and reflection tool: record images, emotions, fragments, and your own associations without needing to decide immediately what a dream means.
What changed
Capture before interpretation
Open Side menu → Wellness → Dream Logs and write what you remember. The emphasis is on preserving the texture of the dream—places, people, sensations, and the moment you woke—before turning it into a theory.
A reflective companion for patterns
Once an entry exists, you can use it as a prompt for noticing recurring themes or feelings. Any interpretation should remain personal and tentative; dreams are not diagnostic evidence.
Why this feature matters
Dream memory fades quickly, and the odd details are often the ones that carry creative or emotional interest. A low-friction log helps you keep the material long enough to explore it on your own terms.
Writing also creates distance. Instead of treating a vivid dream as a command or prediction, you can describe it, ask what it reminded you of, and decide whether it deserves attention in waking life.
Feature examples and use cases
- A creative notebook: Bea records a strange landscape after waking and later uses its colors and rules as the setting for a story.
- A morning check-in: Malik notes the emotion that remained after a dream, then uses it to choose a gentler pace for the day.
- A recurring image: June logs several dreams containing water and reflects on what the image means to her without assuming one universal interpretation.
How to use it
- Open Dream Logs: Use the Side menu, choose Wellness, and open Dream Logs soon after waking when details are easiest to recall.
- Write sensory specifics: Capture fragments, emotions, dialogue, colors, and your first association. Mark uncertainty instead of filling gaps with guesses.
- Return with curiosity: Review an entry later and note what still feels meaningful. Keep interpretation separate from fact and avoid treating a dream as a forecast.
Tips for a better first try
- Record even one image or feeling when a full dream will not come back.
- Use present-tense sensory language to preserve immediacy.
- Ask what the dream evokes for you instead of searching for a universal code.
Limitations and things to know
- Dream Logs does not diagnose mental-health conditions or establish the meaning of dreams.
- Recall is incomplete and changes over time; an entry is a personal account, not an objective record.
Availability
Open Side menu → Wellness → Dream Logs. You need a dream fragment or reflection to record, although a complete recollection is not required; entry controls can vary with account settings, platform, and app version.
