Wellness update
Goal Streaks in Omni AI Companion
Goal Streaks makes repeated effort visible without pretending that a missed day erases the work around it. It gives a small promise a place to be checked, so momentum can feel concrete while the goal remains yours to adapt.
What changed
A visible rhythm for small goals
Open Side menu → Wellness → Goal Streaks and define the goal or check-in shown there. The feature focuses attention on the behavior you want to repeat, not on building an elaborate productivity system.
Progress with room for reality
A streak can encourage return, but the feature is not a moral score. Use the available controls to acknowledge progress, restart when needed, and adjust a goal that no longer matches your life.
Why this feature matters
Large ambitions are easier to approach when the next repeat is clear. Seeing a chain of small actions can provide a useful cue on low-motivation days, especially when the goal is specific and modest.
The healthy use of a streak is flexible. A missed check-in is information about the goal or the day—not proof that you failed. Pair visible progress with rest, revision, and a definition of success you can actually sustain.
Feature examples and use cases
- A reading habit: Cal sets a small reading goal for weeknights and uses the streak as a prompt to open the book, even when the session is short.
- A creative practice: Rin marks a daily sketch, then lowers the expected scope on busy days rather than abandoning the practice.
- A routine experiment: Jae tracks an evening reset for two weeks and reviews whether the goal genuinely helps before keeping it.
How to use it
- Open Goal Streaks: Use the Side menu, choose Wellness, and open Goal Streaks. Start with one behavior you can describe clearly.
- Set a realistic repeat: Choose the goal and cadence offered on screen, making the smallest version meaningful enough to count.
- Check in and review: Mark progress honestly, then review the pattern. Revise the goal when circumstances change instead of protecting a number at your expense.
Tips for a better first try
- Define the minimum version of the habit before starting.
- Attach the check-in to an existing routine, such as after breakfast.
- Celebrate returning after a gap, not only maintaining an unbroken chain.
Limitations and things to know
- A streak is a motivational view, not a measure of health, character, or total progress.
- Available cadence and reset controls may vary; do not assume the feature supports every routine style.
Availability
Open Side menu → Wellness → Goal Streaks. Start with a goal you can describe and check in on; available goal and cadence controls may vary with your account, platform, and current app version.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I miss a day?
Use the current controls to review or restart; a missed check-in does not erase the broader value of your effort.
Can this track a health condition?
No. It can support an everyday goal, but it is not medical monitoring or treatment.
How many goals should I create?
Start with one or two that you can explain clearly; a smaller set is easier to review honestly.
